Are you looking around to see what everyone else is doing to manage their cancer diagnosis?

There are so many options for support when you have cancer that it can get overwhelming. What one person is doing isn't necessarily the best fit for you.

Cancer is an individual process so try looking at what you need instead of what everyone else is doing.

Overwhelm with decision making is a real thing. Everything from what to eat to medical decisions can be placed in front of you. It is good to know your options and to be open to new ideas. Just remember to do a check in with yourself when you are looking around to make sure you are staying true to your own beliefs while still being open to new ideas.

What is good for one person doesn’t mean it is good for all. That is the gift of being able to have choices and take back some control in your life.
