You need to be proactive and take back control of your health and happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After undergoing cancer treatment, as much as you may want it to be, the journey isn\u2019t over. While achieving remission or no evidence of disease, as I like to call it, is an incredible milestone, the fear of recurrence can be a constant concern for many survivors. Fortunately, there are several strategies that can significantly reduce the risk of cancer returning, empowering you&nbsp;to take control of your health and embrace a proactive approach to your well-being. Here are key steps in preventing cancer recurrence and living a healthy life after treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking action is a key factor in survivability when it comes to cancer. This is why it is important to be proactive as early intervention can make all the difference.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recurrence&nbsp;prevention doesn\u2019t have to be complicated.&nbsp;Here are key steps in preventing cancer recurrence and living a healthy life after treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3 strategies for you to follow for recurrence prevention:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Embrace a Healthy Lifestyle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most impactful ways to lower the risk of cancer recurrence is by adopting a healthier lifestyle.
