Have you tried cancer support groups? It is a big decision whether or not to go to a support group. It can be a place of real vulnerability and it can also be a place where you can find community. Cancer support groups offer several important benefits for individuals affected by cancer, whether they are patients, survivors, or caregivers. These groups provide emotional, social, and practical support that can be deeply valuable throughout the cancer journey.

In this episode I share some wisdom around support groups and what they can bring into your life. It is a good idea to get support when you re navigating a cancer diagnosis. You don’t have to walk alone. But, it is also important to choose your support an support group wisely. It needs to align with what your personal needs are.
